How Long does it take you to build a website?
Timeline varies based on scope and complexity. Most website redesigns take 8-12 weeks from kickoff to launch, though larger projects may take longer. I provide a detailed project roadmap after our initial consultation so you know what to expect.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Absolutely. Most of my clients continue working with me through monthly retainer packages (5, 10, or 20 hours per month). Use your hours however you need - content updates, technical fixes, new features, or strategy. It's like having a web developer on call without hiring full-time.
What is your Design Process?
We start with a free consultation to discuss your needs and goals. Then I create a strategic plan and design direction for your site. You'll review wireframes and provide feedback before I build the full site in Webflow. Throughout the process, we'll have regular check-ins to ensure everything aligns with your vision.
How do payments work?
For website projects, I require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remainder due within 14 days of launch. Monthly retainer packages are billed at the beginning of each month. I accept PayPal, Zelle, and ACH transfer.
Do you work with organizations outside of Phoenix?
Yes! While I'm based in Phoenix, I work with nonprofits across the country. Most of my process happens remotely through video calls and screen shares.
What are the ongoing costs?
Webflow hosting ranges from $23-$42/month for most sites, depending on features and traffic. If you choose a monthly support package with me, that's separate. I'll provide a complete cost breakdown during our consultation.
What platform do you use to build websites?
I build exclusively in Webflow - a modern, powerful platform that offers complete design flexibility without the limitations of WordPress or template builders. It includes built-in CMS, e-commerce, and hosting. If you want to manage content yourself after launch, I provide training and documentation.
